In 2011, basic salaries grew by 4.1%. What is more, 93% of executives receive bonuses. This is the outcome of a study of the HR-advisor Kienbaum Consultants. By contrast, the wage increase for metal workers will amount to 3% this year – according to the offer of the metal industry´s representatives.
