The Austrian furniture store group opens its largest center in the SEE region. Market leader Ikea follows in autumn 2012.

In Croatia, the Austrian furniture group kika becomes competition from its Austrial rival Lutz: XXXLutz opens a new furniture store in Croatia. The sales area reached 40,000 sqm and will be ran by its subsidiaries Möbelix and Lesnina. The investment amounts to € 40m, 230 new workers will be employed. The store is located in Croatia´s capital Zagreb.
