Lending Conditions of Austrian Banks Worsened

According to the Austrian Central Bank (OeNB), stricter lending conditions at Austrian banks were due to the decline in economic growth and detrimental refunding conditions.

A slight deterioration in refunding conditions at financial and capital markets as well as the worsening economic outlook causes Austrian banks to tighten their lending policy.
