Not relief, but "know-how deliveries” are to be the focus of the so-called “Marshall Plan" of the EU for North Africa submitted by Economic Chamber President Christoph Leitl on Tuesday to the Chairman of the Euro Zone Jean-Claude Juncker in Luxembourg. There was agreement on all points, said Leitl.
Leitl now intends to introduce the ideas of "African Marshall Plan" to the EU…
