Bawag P.S.K. announces that the Deputy Chief Executive Officer Stephan Koren will not be available for an extension of his term of office as of 1 May.

Koren was designated in 2000 as chairman of the P.S.K. group. After the merger of Bawag with P.S.K. in 2005, he was appointed Deputy Chairman and in 2008 he was appointed additionally as Chief Risk Officer of Bawag P.S.K. Last year, Bawag could achieve profits again, for the first time after five years of continuous losses.
