The bankrupt Tyrolean ski producer is taken over by a German holding company. The brand name will be retained; the Kufstein production site will be expanded.

A decision has been taken regarding the future of Kneissl. Three potential investors had still been interested in an acquisition of the Tyrolean company: one from Germany, one from the US and one “from the East”.
