The Supervisory Board of Bank Austria passed a resolution by written circular vote appointing Jürgen Kullnigg, 51, to the Management Board as Bank Austria’s new Chief Risk Officer (CRO). He will be responsible for risk management at Bank Austria from 1 November 2012.
