JCL Logistics, headquartered in Graz, has acquired extra revenue of some € 100m per year in the Netherlands. The Dutch subsidiary JCL Logistics The Netherlands B.V. purchased the previous competitor Wincanton. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
