According to analysts, Immofinanz may report a rise in earnings by 70%. On average, Erste Group, KBC, RCB (Raiffeisen Centrobank) and Kepler estimate the net income of Immofinanz to remain stable at € 315.9m.

EBIT should reach € 727.6m. Against the financial year 2010/11, this would be an increase by 71.6%. Rental income is estimated to grow by 2.5% to € 593.6m. The…
