Listed real estate company Immofinanz is kicking off its inital puplic offering of residential real estate affiliate Buwog.

The IPO was initiated by the purchase of 18,000 apartments in Germany in return for € 892m. On Wednesday Immofinanz announced that the closing of the deal is expected in the second quarter this year. The shareholders are expected to give green light and approve the seperation and, consequently the listing at the stock market on March 14.
