Immofinanz: Increasing Rental Income Ahead

Tomorrow, the Austrian real estate group Immofinanz will publish its results for the first six months.

Despite the growing rental income, EBIT and the net income are expected to decrease. However, the results of last year were influenced by foreign currency effects and revaluation results. On average, analysts estimate that rental income will grow by 15% to € 325m.
