Austria, Belarus, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Kosovo, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia and Turkey have established a Central and Eastern European Constituency at the International Monetary Fund.

Following several months of negotiations, the Constituency Agreement was signed in Vienna on July 12, 2012, by the ministers of finance, central bank governors and other high-level officials representing the Constituency in the presence of the President of the Federal Republic of Austria.
