Yesterday the first court proceeding at the Regional Higher Court in Munich started. Investigations in Austria will take up to four years.

While Hypo Group Alpe Adria and former parent company BayernLB started proceedings at the Higher Regional Court in Munich for loan payments in the amount of € 4.8 (including interests) investigations against crimininal activities in Austria are continuing.
