The court dispute between BayernLB and nationalized Carinthian Hypo Group about the repayment of around € 2bn has entered the next round. Hypo has responded to the lawsuit filed by BayernLB at the Regional Court I in Munich and the German bank has reacted, a spokesman of Hypo confirmed to BayernLB on Wednesday.
