As announced in a statement Hungarian MKB Bank has sold its entire stake of its Romanian subsidiary.

In a statement published at the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE), MKB Bank announced its selling of its full stake (96.3 percent direct) of Romanian affiliage Nextebank S.A. as per December, 31 2013. MKB Bank still awaits the approval of the National Bank of Romania about the deal, as reported by Portfolio.
