Hungarian Consumer Price Index Increased by 3,6% Compared to September 2010

In September 2011 consumer prices increased by 3.6% compared to September 2010, it was the same rate as in the previous month, registered the Hungarian Central Statistic Office.

Consumers paid still less for consumer durable goods. The price rise of food was still the highest despite a price decrease in case of seasonal food items.

In Septemer 2011 compared to the previous month consumer prices decreased by 0.1%. In case of food price decrease was measured (0.5%) due to the 7.9% price decrease of seasonal food items (potatoes, fresh vegetables, fruits)…
