Good Prospects for Kärntner Sparkasse

The regional bank was able to improve its operational result significantly last year. But Slovenian results still hinder profits.

A net profit of € 5.9m was achieved in 2010 and the operational result improved. Total assets increased from € 4.6 to € 4.77bn. The number of customers could also be increased by 2.3%. Customer assets rose by € 244m to € 4.25bn. An improvement also was evident in the own funds ratio, which grew from 14.1% to 14.6%.
