Alpine will soon be a fully owned subsidiary of Spanish construction and service industry group FCC. According to “Wirtschaftsblatt”, minority owner Dietmar Aluta-Oltyan, 67, is planning to sell his shares in the Austrian construction company, which he had made the number two player in the domestic industry.
