Expert Meeting in Vienna: "Make Migration a Resource for All"

Making migration a resource for public institutions, the private sector, local communities and migrants themselves was the main topic of an expert meeting on the long-term approach to migration governance, organized by the Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities (OCEEA).

“Mutual trust is a precondition for crossing bridges within societies,” said Paul Bekkers, Director of the Office of the OSCE Secretary General. “Building fair societies, grounded on inclusive growth, transparency and the rule of law and equal access to employment opportunities, should be our objective when thinking of the future of migration governance.”
