EU has doubts about realignment of Hypo Alpe Adria

Despite doubts, the EU Commission extended its approval of state aided proposal of business realignment of the Hypo-Alpe-Adria-Group (HGAA). The authorization is valid until the completion of investigations. The authorities in Brussels are concerned that the restructuring can guarantee long term viability of HGAA.
