The EU Ministers for Foreign and European Affairs agree that EU Accession negotiations with Serbia should commence around the turn of the year.

As announced by Austrian State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Reinhold Lopatka after a session in Luxembourg, the EU Summit on Thursday or Friday will determine whether accession talks will commence in December 2013 or in January 2014.
