Following the end of the subscription and offer period, DO & CO Restaurants & Catering AG today set the subscription and offer price for its capital increase at € 21.90 per offered share. In total, 1,948,800 new shares and 147,078 treasury shares were allocated with resulting net proceeds to DO & CO of approximately € 40m.
