The Croatian prosecution is once more investigating due to bribe payment to former Prime Minister Sanader. Head of Mol, Hernadi, is faced with a possible detention order.

The Croatian prosecution (DORH) considers the possibility of arresting head of Hungarian oil company Mol, Zolt Hernadi, through a European arrest warrant. Before, Hernadi is supposed to be interrogated by the Hungarian authorities in regard to the bribery case Ina-Mol, DORH announced in a statement.
