The official export credit agency of the United States offers a loan under the condition that Westinghouse wins the tender.

US Export-Import Bank is willing to offer Czech power supplier CEZ a loan for half of the cost of enlarging the nuclear power plant at Temelin in case US/Japanese consortium Westinghouse wins the tender for the construction of two further units, the bank’s president announced.
