As published by the Czech Statistical Office (CSU), the Czech economic sentiment indicator rose by one point to 5.5 points compared to November.

The increase in economic sentiment was the fifth consecutive one in December. Confidence rose in trade and selected services and in industry remained unchanged in industry while it dropped slighty in construction, according to CSU. Business confidence increased while consumer confidence was practically unchanged.
