Next year, the Czech state budget is planned to reach 2.9% of GDP.

According to the plans of the Czech government, the budget deficit will come at € 3.85bn in 2013. Compared to the budget deficit of 2012, the deficit will be cut slightly. Prime Minister Petro Necas stressed that the reduced budget deficit allows the Czech government to reach its fiscal goals.
