According to reports by the media in Cyprus, important evidence about the heavily affected Bank of Cyprus was destroyed.

State-owned TV broadcaster RIK announced the details yesterday referring to “reliable sources”. The accusations base on a comprehensive report by the independent consultancy firm Alvarez & Marsal, which was presented to the Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) and is currently examined by the Chief Prosecutor Petros Klerides.
