In the first months of its EU membership, the situation in Croatia´s industrial sector deteriorated further.

For more than three months, Croatia is a member of the EU. Until now, the EU membership did not bring any progress for the financially ailing country.
On the contrary, the exporting industrial sector registers a massive fall in exports. In August, Croatia exports were down by 20%. In the first eight months, exports decreased 6.3%.
