Contractual Penalty for Kapsch in Poland

The Austrian technology group did not manage to finish work on an electronic toll collection system in time. Thus, the company will have to pay a contractual penalty.

The Polish Directorate for National Roads and Highways (GDDKiA) claims payment of PLN 2m (approx. € 500,000) from Kapsch TrafficCom for the delayed start of the new electronic toll collection system.
