The industrial holding owned by the US-american JP Morgan sells the board manufacturer Duropack and the aluminium company AMAG.

Constantia Packaging, which is owned by the JP Morgan´s investment fund One Equity Partners, intends to sell two of its three divisions.

In 2009, Duropack recorded € 262.4m in sales, EBIT accounted for € 22.7m. In the first half-year of 2010, the company reported 153.7m in sales, but only € 8.5m in EBIT. Comparing to the first half…
