CA Immo´s Occupancy Rate in Prague at 90%
The Austrian real estate company CA Immo has managed to secure further tenants for four office buildings and a shopping center in Prague.

In total, 5,000 sqm of office and some 2,000 sqm of retail space were newly let in October. As a result of these new rentals, the occupancy rate of its Czech portfolio will increase from 83 % (as at 30.6.2012) to 89 %.
