CA Immo Expands in Munich
The Austrian real estate company has a new tenant in office building in Munich's Arnulfpark.

CA Immo has signed another lease for its Skygarden office building in Arnulfpark, Munich for around 1,450 m² (15,608 sq. ft). From autumn 2012 the Green Building will serve as main base for the IT consultancy Platinion GmbH, a subsidiary of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). It sees occupancy of the recently completed office tower rise to 76 per cent.
