The former Austrian Minister of Finance, Karl-Heinz Grasser (ÖVP), is confronted with a claim for compensation by CA Immo. In 2004, the publicly owned Buwog, a holding company for rented apartments, was privatized. Immofinanz´ bid was slightly above the bid of CA Immo.
