The real estate market in Bulgaria saw a growth of 2.98 percent last year.

In 2013 a total of 224,644 real estate properties were sold, according to information provided by Registry Agency. The majority of sold properties was in the capital Sofia, coming at a volume of 20,415 sold units which accounts for 9 percent of the total volume in Bulgaria.
