The Austrian real estate investor René Benko has found a partner. The joint venture will focus on commercial properties in Germany.

According to Benko´s Signa Holding, Signa Prime Selection has established a joint venture together with the Israeli BSG Real Estate Limited (BSGRE). BSGRE is owned by the billionaire Benyamin Steinmetz. According to insiders, Steinmetz is the second-richest Israeli. Steinmetz focuses on commodities and properties.
