Austrian Purchasing Power on the Rise

In spite of the austerity package, disposable income is increasing. Last year, income was up by € 500 per head.

Due to the relatively low unemployment rate and the moderate wage increase, the average purchasing power rises by 0.6% in real terms this year. This is the outcome of a study by RegioData Research.
