The deal includes an option for Austrian Post to become sole shareholder of the leading alternative postal service provider in Romania.

Austrian Post today announced the acquisition of a 26% stake (including an option to increase this shareholding to 100% over the next two years) in the Romanian firm PostMaster s.r.l.
