According to Austrian National Bank (OeNB), the economic growth rate will be slightly negative. A recession is not excluded.

Austrian National Bank explains that the domestic economy comes more and more under pressure. Since July 2012, the Austrian economy lost dynamism. This is due to the low export growth and the weak investments. “After a good start at the beginning of the year, the Austrian economy slowed won substantially. This is due to the European financial and debt crisis.”
