Former affiliate of construction company Alpine Bau Alpine-Energie, which is based in Linz and was temporarily “parked” with a special company, has a new owner.

The enterprise, which employs around 3,000 persons has been sold to German-Skandinavian financial investor Triton.
The contracts were signed on Tuesday, a company spokesman told the Austrian Press Agency (APA). It has been mutually agreed upon not to mention the sales price. However, according to the spokesman, Alpine Energie will get something out of the deal. The transaction…
