The survival of the Austrian A-Tec is provisionally secure. An investor has to be found until mid-year.

After tough negotiations, it was finally announced on Wednesday that the insolvent A-Tec group has no need to file a bankruptcy petition for the moment. The restructuring plan offered by the group was accepted by the creditors' meeting at the Commercial Court in Vienna.
