The Zumtobel Group announced that it has concluded a new syndicated loan agreement with a maximum line of € 500m and a five-year term ending on 28 October 2016. This facility was placed with a syndicate of seven banks led by Commerzbank AG, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and UniCredit Bank Austria AG.
