The Supervisory board has decided the succession of executive board member Mülner. His successor as head of the Railway Systems Division is Franz Kainersdorfer.

According to today's decision of the Supervisory Board of voestalpine, the change from Dipl.-Ing. Mülner to Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Kainersdorfer will take place on July 1, 2011. Mülner will retire as planned, after 37 years of working for voestalpine and 8 years as Chairman of the Board of voestalpine Bahnsysteme GmbH and member of the Executive Board of voestalpine AG.
