Vienna's unemployment rate drops by 1.8 percent
By the end of August the number of registered jobless in Austria's capital Vienna dropped by 1.8 percent y/y to 71,098.

As the labour agency AMS reported, the positive developments affected all three age groups:
19-25-year-olds (unemployment rate down 0.2 percent),
25-44 year-olds (down 2.6 percent) and
>45-year-olds (down 1.2 percent).
