The analysts of SocGen revised the price targets for European real estate companies downwards by 17% on average. Overall, the sector has a downside potential of 5%: -2% in Central Europe and -9% in the UK, analysts stated. Immofinanz was downgraded from “Buy” to “Hold”. The price target was cut from € 3.00 to € 2.50.
