UBS´s rating for Telekom Austria is still a „Sell“. The target price (€ 9.20) did not change. The underperformance could even continue, which is due to a further weakening of the domestic business. Furthermore, expected profits are to decline. Sales for Q4/2010 is estimated to amount to 1.15bn, EBITDA amounts to € 372m.
