Telekom Austria buys two cable operators in Bulgaria: Megalan Network and Spectrum Net. The two companies are worth 83 million euro free of debt; Telekom will pay about 72 million through Mobiltel.

The Telekom Austria Group is buying 100% of the shares of two Bulgarian cable operators: Megalan Network and Spectrum Net AD. The entire debt free business value for both companies will amount to 83.0 million euro, the company announced. The Bulgarian Competition Authority has yet to approve the acquisition.
