At the political level it is fiercely debated how detailed the publication of the stress test should be. The FMA currently tests whether the stress test results are stock market relevant, compulsory publications.

The Financial Market Authority (FMA) currently tests whether the stress test results are stock market relevant, compulsory publications.

According to section 48 of the Stock Exchange Act, insider information has to be published immediately. The question is whether the stress test data contains such insider information.
