The Austrian State Secretary for Finance, Andreas Schieder, does not discard Euro-bonds, against the majority view of German and Austrian politicians.

In an interview with the daily newspaper "Kurier", Andreas Schieder says that no worries are necessary about the common currency. He does not see any weakness of the euro. Purchasing power is stable, inflation low. In addition, a lower exchange rate helps exports and the economy.
