Splitting-off at IT Service Provider Beko
The shareholders of the Austrian Beko Holding are about to decide a splitting-off of Cross Informatik GmbH. Besides, ownership structure of Beko will change.

Beko’s Chairman of the Board, Peter Kotauczek, Elisabeth Kotauczek and the Kotauczek Private Foundation are increasing their stake in the IT Service Provider Beko Holding to 74.67%, from which however the newly created Cross Informatik GmbH with its holding of the also listed companies Brain Force Holding AG, All for One Midmarket AG and Triplan AG, will be split off.
