The Indian JSW Steel placed a major order at the Austrian Siemens VAI.

The Indian steel producer Jindal South West Steel Ltd ordered a new foundry for its steelwork located in the Indian federal province Karnataka at Siemens VAI Metals Technologies. The new factory should be opened by mid-2013, the annual production capacity will reach 1.4 million tons.
